Preserving Hannah’s Wedding Bouquet – A Joyful Memory in Clay

Back in September, I had the absolute pleasure of preserving Hannah’s beautiful wedding bouquet – a textured and thoughtfully arranged selection of blooms by the talented @harrietjaneflowers. It was such a special project to be a part of, and one that has really stayed with me.
From Flowers to Forever
The process began, as always, with gently preparing the clay and spending time with each stem – arranging and composing until the layout felt just right. Over the course of several days, I created a full collection of keepsakes from her bouquet:
– a large jug– two smaller jugs– botanical wall art– a series of slim pieces
Each one told a little part of Hannah and her partner’s wedding story, and the finished collection became not just a personal keepsake but thoughtful gifts for their family and friends too.
A Lasting Keepsake
Every wedding bouquet I preserve is treated with care and intention – no two are ever the same. Some couples choose a single piece, others opt for a collection to share with loved ones. Either way, each one is a handcrafted ceramic keepsake made to honour that fleeting, beautiful moment in time.
